Tarot Reading Terms of Service
My Reading Style--

As a 'hard truth' tarot reader, I will never tell you “what you want to hear” for the sake of adoration or ego validation. I communicate channeled messages from spirit as it is given to me and I am asked to deliver it. The delivery of each message is intentional on behalf of spirit. Sometimes, they do this to provide comfort and nurturing energy, sometimes they do this to create a reaction which will eventually illuminate a part of yourself you are struggling to acknowledge. In any case, I will engage with you, especially during channeling sessions, with compassion and knowing that I am a vessel and I am working in service to the Divine in alignment with my divine healing ability and always for the highest good. I ask that you please also keep that in mind if you experience an unpleasant reaction from something I have conveyed. As long as the conversation is respectful and civil—even if you are upset— I am willing and happy to discuss any of our encounters to provide further clarification, if it is requested. Lastly, thought I have this amazing psychic gift to commune with and channel spirit, I am also still a human with my own needs, boundaries, and discomforts and wounds. If at any point I become exacerbated and need to briefly step away from our interaction, I will communicate as such. Please respect that request if I should convey it.
Confidentiality & Ethics
As a Scorpio Sun, Mercury, Venus, & Pluto, I pride myself on my innate need to respect and honor my relationships by “keeping it sacred”. This means, any information disclosed, topics discussed, personal experiences shared during your personal tarot reading will remain confidential. I will also not sell your personal information to anyone at any point. While, I may recount an interaction between us, I will speak only from my perspective and for the opportunity of expansion and higher wisdom. Your name and personal details will not be shared, even if requested. You also have the right to share your story and details of our interaction from your perspective, should you choose. Referrals and reviews are welcomed.
Identity
How you identify in any area of life (religion/spirituality, gender, appearance, character, etc.) is of no consequence to this program and my interaction with you. I am a person of respect and human decency and will treat each person as such. While working with me, respect is the basic minimum. I am aware of the delicate topics that sometimes come up during personal tarot readings and will always handle that with care as advised by spirit. I offer and maintain respect and remember decency and require the same is returned from you as well.

I offer guidance and advice through connection to Spirit by means of shamanic channeling, divination, and psychic clairabilities. These tools are a means to connect to spirits for the highest vibrational good of all beings and for the purposes of clarity, higher perspectives, holistic transformation, energy transmutation, and self actualization. That said, each of the interactions are done with the most high in mind and with no intentions of diagnosing or causing harm to anyone, including myself. While I act as a guide to you in this part of your journey, you are still the leader and dictator of your actions, choices, mind, body, and spirit and have free will to govern yourself accordingly. The aim of the services provided is holistic healing and life enhancement via spiritual enlightenment. Remember, energy is always changing but it never lies and each person has free will. You are responsible for your own personhood and therefore, Alia Smith and a Sacred Space Brand is not to be held liable or responsible for how you choose to govern yourself in thoughts, communication, choices, and actions.
Priorities
While I am in full consideration of your tarot requests, I am ultimately at the command of Spirit. This means the recommendation from Spirit to cease any reading related to a question, a topic, a circumstance, or area of discussion that is not of the highest vibrational good of all is always honored and will trump any request to proceed. I reserve the right to cancel or decline any reading or service that does not feel in alignment with highest intentions or is directly associated with ill or malicious intentions. As an HSP and person with ASD, it is easy for me to detect energy. While doing a reading for you, if I sense energy that is potentially harmful to my own, the reading will cease, you will be notified, and a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Cancellations & Reschedules
If you would like to cancel your reading and receive a refund, you must contact me within 48 hours of booking your reading. Refunds are not issued for cancellation notices that occur after 48 hours of initial booking. You must send an e-mail to intuitivelysimone@gmail.com requesting a cancellation. Additionally, refunds are not issued for Zoom call tarot readings that are no shows. A Zoom call tarot reading is considered a no show if you have not joined the Zoom call within the first 10 minutes of your scheduled booking time. After 10 minutes of no show the reading is cancelled. This does not apply to pre-recorded tarot readings since your presence is not required. If needed, you may request a reschedule for your Zoom call tarot reading. There is a fee of $25 for each tarot reading reschedule. After 2 reschedules, you will no longer be able to book a Zoom call tarot session and will be provided a pre-recorded reading.
